延续性护理干预对类风湿关节炎患者疼痛程度、健康状况与护理满意度的改善效果

Improvement Effect of Continuous Nursing Intervention to Pain, Health Status and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的 探析延续性护理干预对类风湿关节炎患者疼痛程度、健康状况与护理满意度的改善效果。方法 选取2020年3月至2021年3月收治的类风湿关节炎患者70例,根据开展护理模式的不同将其分为两组。常规组35例开展院内常规护理措施,探析组35例在院内常规护理服务基础上实施延续性护理干预,比对不同护理措施的应用价值。结果 护理前,两组患者机体VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。护理后,探析组患者机体VAS评分低于常规组(P <0.05)。探析组患者机体健康状况优于常规组(94.29%vs. 77.14%,P <0.05)。探析组精神健康、生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能以及精力评分高于常规组(P <0.05)。探析组护理满意度高于常规组(97.14%vs 80.00%,P <0.05)。结论 延续性护理干预既可改善类风湿关节炎患者的机体疼痛程度,使患者保持良好的健康状况,又可提高患者的日常生活质量。

Objective To explore the improvement effect of continuous nursing intervention on pain,health status and nursing satisfaction of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 70 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different modes of care.Thirty-five cases in the routine group carried out routine nursing measures in the hospital,and 35 cases in the analysis group carried out continuous nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing services in the hospital,and the application value of different nursing measures was compared.Results Before nursing,the VAS score between the two groups was small(P>0.05).After nursing,the VAS score of the analysis group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The health status of patients in the analysis group was 94.29%,which was higher than 77.14%in the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of mental health,physiological function,physical pain,emotional function and energy in the analysis group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the analysis group was 97.14%,which was higher than 80.00%of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention has high clinical application value,which can not only improve the body pain of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,maintain good health,but also improve the quality of daily life of patients.
