对比卡式微柱凝胶技术与聚凝胺法在血型鉴定及输血前红细胞不规则抗体检验中的价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究血型鉴定、输血前红细胞不规则抗体检验中行卡式微柱凝胶技术、聚凝胺法检验效果。方法 采集2019年4月至2020年6月本院1 000例接受输血治疗患者的资料,根据随机数表法分观察组(卡式微柱凝胶技术,n=500)与对照组(聚凝胺法,n=500),比较两组的血型鉴定结果、不规则抗体检出情况。结果 观察组ABO血型检出率(99.60%)、RhO血型检出率(99.80%)及不规则抗体检出率(3.00%)均高于对照组(98.20%、98.60%、1.20%),χ^(2)=4.5041、4.5363、3.9399,P=0.0338、0.0331、0.0400,差异有统计学意义。结论 卡式微柱凝胶技术能尽早鉴定血型、提高不规则抗体检出率。 Objective To study the effect of cassette microcolumn gel technique and polybrene method in blood group identification and red blood cell irregular antibody test before transfusion.Methods The data of 1000 blood transfusion patients in our hospital from April 2019 to June 2020 were collected.According to the random number table method,the observation group(cassette microcolumn gel technology,n=500)and the control group(polybrene method,n=500),comparison of blood group identification results and irregular antibody detection between the two groups.Results The detection rate of ABO blood group(99.60%),RhO blood group detection rate(99.80%)and irregular antibody detection rate(3.00%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(98.20%,98.60%,1.20%),χ^(2)=4.5041,4.5363,3.9399,P=0.0338,0.0331,0.0400,statistically significant.Conclusion The cassette micro-column gel technology can identify blood types as soon as possible and improve the detection rate of irregular antibodies.
