经方小柴胡汤合泻心汤加减治疗胃食管反流病的效果

Effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction and Xiexin Decoction on Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的 分析将小柴胡汤合泻心汤加减用于胃食管反流病(GERD)治疗中的临床价值。方法 采集本院2022年7月至2022年12月收治的92例GERD患者为研究对象,将其以随机数表法均分为两组,各46例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组予以经方小柴胡汤合泻心汤加减治疗;统计两组的治疗效果、症状消失时间、胃食管反流次数、症状积分、炎症水平、胃肠激素指标、不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(95.65%vs. 78.26%,P <0.05)。观察组胸骨后疼痛、吞咽困难、反酸症状消失时间短于对照组,胃食管反流次数少于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组反酸、烧心、反食、胸骨后疼痛积分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6、CRP)水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组胃肠激素(CCK、MTL、GAS)指标中,CCK低于对照组,MTL、GAS高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(4.34%vs. 19.57%,P <0.05)。结论 将小柴胡汤合泻心汤加减用于GERD治疗中的效果显著,患者的症状改善明显,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of xiaochaihu decoction and xiexin decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods Ninety-two GERD patients admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to December 2022 were collected as research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to 1:1 ratio in the form of random number table,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with the traditional formula xiaochaihu decoction and xiexin decoction.The therapeutic effect,time of symptom disappearance,times of gastroesophageal reflux,symptom score,inflammatory level,gastrointestinal hormone indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(95.65%vs.78.26%,P<0.05).The disappearance time of retrosternal pain,dysphagia,acid regurgitation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the number of gastroesophageal reflux was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms(acid regurgitation,heartburn,regurgitation,retrosternal pain)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Among the gastrointestinal hormones(CCK,MTL,GAS)in the observation group,CCK was lower than that in the control group,while MTL and GAS were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(4.34%vs.19.57%,P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaochaihu decoction and Xiexin decoction are used in GERD treatment with significant effect,obvious symptom improvement,high safety.
