手术室护理对乳腺癌手术患者生理与心理应激反应的作用

Effect of Operating Room Nursing on Physiological and Psychological Stress of Breast Cancer Patients

目的 研究手术室护理对乳腺癌手术患者生理与心理应激反应的影响。方法 选取2016年6月至2019年10月在我院接受手术治疗的120例乳腺癌患者,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,为对照组(n=60)提供常规手术室护理,为试验组(n=60)患者开展系统性手术室护理模式,对比两组患者的心率、血压、负性情绪变化情况以及并发症发生率。结果 试验组患者的心率、舒张压、收缩压的波动性小于对照组,P <0.05。试验组患者术后的SAS评分、SDS评分优于对照组,P <0.05。试验组患者的并发症发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的16.67%,P <0.05。结论 为乳腺癌手术患者开展系统性手术室护理模式,有助于减轻生理与心理应激反应,对减少并发症、促进患者术后身心康复具有积极的作用。

Objective To study the effect of operating room nursing on physiological and psychological stress response of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random digital table method,to provide routine operating room nursing for the control group(n=60)and to carry out systematic operating room nursing mode for the patients in the experimental group(n=60).Changes in heart rate,blood pressure,mood and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results Thefluctuation of heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,P<0.05;the SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were better than that of the control group after surgery,P<0.05.The complication rate of patients in the experimental group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than that of 16.67%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The systematic operating room nursing mode for breast cancer patients is helpful to reduce physiological and psychological stress response,reduce complications and promote postoperative physical and mental recovery.
