脑卒中患者早期康复护理的重要性

Importance of Early Rehabilitation Care for Stroke Patients

目的 探究脑卒中患者早期康复护理的重要性。方法 选取2020年4月至2022年10月在本院接受治疗的68例脑卒中患者进行临床资料回顾性分析。34例实施基础护理服务者纳入基础组,34例在基础护理基础上行早期康复护理干预者纳入康复组,比较两组心理状态(SAS评分、SDS评分)、认知功能(MMSE评分)、神经功能(NIHSS评分)、肢体运动功能(FMA评分)、活动能力(ADL评分)、康复优良状况、护理风险情况等。结果 护理后,康复组SAS评分(36.61±4.37)分、SDS评分(35.72±4.57)分、MMSE评分(12.45±2.64)分、NIHSS评分(14.54±3.44)分、护理风险事件发生率5.88%,均低于基础组的(43.29±4.25)分、(41.88±3.33)分、(16.41±2.23)分、(17.68±3.36)分、23.53%(P <0.05);FMA评分(80.66±4.64)分、ADL评分(77.16±5.72)分、康复优良率91.18%,均高于基础组的(72.28±4.24)分、(71.48±5.64)分、70.59%(P <0.05)。结论 早期康复护理应用于脑卒中患者的价值显著,在患者心理状态改善、机体功能早日恢复、护理风险预防等方面具有较好的促进作用。

Objective To explore the importance of early rehabilitation care for stroke patients.Methods A total of 68 patients with stroke from April 2020 to 102022 were selected for retrospective clinical data,34 cases of basic nursing services into basic group,34 cases of basic nursing basic upward early rehabilitation nursing intervention into the rehabilitation group,compare 2 psychological status(SAS,SDS),cognitive function(MMSE),neurological function(NIHSS),body movement function(FMA),activity(ADL),rehabilitation status,nursing risk,etc.Results The SAS score of the post-care rehabilitation group(36.61±4.37)points,and SDS score(35.72±4.57)points,and MMSE score(12.45±2.64)points,and NIHSS score(14.54±3.44),the incidence of nursing risk events was 5.88%,all lower than that of the basic group(43.29±4.25)component,(41.88±3.33)component,(16.41±2.23)component,(17.68±3.36),23.53%(P<0.05);FMA(80.66±4.64),ADL score(77.16±5.72)score and rehabilitation rate were 91.18%,both higher than that of the basic group(72.28±4.24)and(71.48±5.64)Points,70.59%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of early rehabilitation nursing is remarkable,which has a good role in the improvement of patients'psychological state,the early recovery of body function and the prevention of nursing risk.
