知信行模式的护理干预对高血压慢病患者血压控制达标率及生活质量的效果

Effectiveness of a Model Nursing Intervention of Knowing, Believing, and Acting on Blood Pressure Control Attainment Rate and Quality of Life in Hypertensive Patients with Chronic Diseases

目的 分析知信行模式的护理干预对高血压慢病患者血压控制达标率及生活质量的影响。方法 该研究共纳入84例研究对象,均是2020年11月至2022年11月到医院诊治的高血压慢病患者,利用随机数表法进行分组,分为对照组(常规护理,n=42)与研究组(知信行模式的护理干预+常规护理,n=42)。对比两组的血压控制效果、血压控制达标率、生活质量、依从性及自护能力。结果 在收缩压、舒张压及血压控制达标率方面,研究组优于对照组(P <0.05)。在生活质量评分方面,研究组高于对照组(P <0.05)。在依从性方面,研究组高于对照组(P <0.05)。在健康意识、自护技能、自护责任、自我概念评分方面,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在高血压慢病患者临床治疗期间配合知信行模式的护理干预能有效提升血压控制达标率,改善生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of the model nursing intervention of knowing,believing,and acting on the rate of attainment of blood pressure control and quality of life in patients with hypertensive chronic diseases.Methods A total of 84 study subjects,all hypertensive chronic disease patients who visited the hospital from November 2020 to November 2022,they were included in this study and grouped into a control group(conventional care,n=42)and a study group(knowing,believing,and acting model nursing intervention+conventional care,n=42)using the random number table method.The blood pressure control effect,blood pressure control compliance rate,quality of life,compliance and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results The study group was better than the control group in terms of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and blood pressure control rate(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life scores,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).On the compliance rate,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The study group was higher than the control group in health awareness,self-care skills,self-care responsibility,and self-concept scores(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of hypertensive chronic disease patients,the model nursing intervention with knowing,believing,and acting can effectively enhance the blood pressure control rate and improve the quality of life.
