整体护理在慢性萎缩性胃炎患者中的临床应用效果

Clinical Application Effect of Holistic Care in Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的 探讨整体护理在慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗方面取得的成就,结合患者后期的恢复情况研究整体护理在此领域的应用效果。方法 将安溪县中医院收治的76例患慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者集中治疗。治疗时段为2020年1~6月;具体操作步骤是,将76例患者平均分为两组,即观察组、对照组,分别对两组患者进行整体护理和常规治疗。对照两组患者治疗后患者的依从性、护治疗效果、理满意度的差异。结果 观察组的护理总满意度(非常满意+满意)为100%,明显高于对照组的护理总满意度为76.3%,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。观察组远离烟酒、按时体检、科学饮食、正确服药4个方面的依从性均高于对照组,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。观察组的治疗的有效率为97.4%,对照组的护理总满意度为86.8%,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 在慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗时给予整体护理,取得了较为理想的效果,能够明显提高患者的依从性、治疗效果及护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the achievements of holistic nursing in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and to study the application effect of holistic nursing in this field based on the later recovery of patients.Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to Anxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were treated intensively.The treatment period is from January 2020 to June 2020.The specific operation procedure is to divide 76 patients into two groups,namely observation group and control group,and provide overall care and conventional treatment for the two groups of patients.The differences in compliance,nursing treatment effect and physical satisfaction between the two groups after treatment.Results The total nursing satisfaction(very satisfied+satisfactory)of the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group with 76.3%,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The compliance of the observation group in four aspects:staying away from tobacco and alcohol,regular physical examination,scientific diet,and correct medication taking was higher than that of the control group,with a P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The efficacy rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.4%,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing care in the control group was 86.8%,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The overall nursing of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis has achieved ideal results,which can significantly improve the compliance,treatment effect and nursing satisfaction rate of patients.
