急性支气管炎患者应用针对性护理的干预效果及临床症状改善情况

Clinical Effect and Improvement of Clinical Symptoms of Targeted Nursing for Acute Bronchitis

目的 分析在急性支气管炎患者护理工作中科学开展针对性护理的应用价值。方法 选取2019年12月至2022年12月我院收治的250例急性支气管炎患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组(常规护理,125例)、观察组(针对性护理,125例),统计两组护理满意度、生活质量、临床症状改善时间、肺功能、护理质量、心理状态。结果 在护理满意度方面,观察组高于对照组,P <0.05。在生活质量方面,观察组高于对照组,P <0.05。在临床症状改善时间方面,观察组短于对照组,P <0.05。在护理质量方面,观察组高于对照组,P <0.05。在心理状态方面,观察组低于对照组,P <0.05。结论 应用针对性护理干预急性支气管炎患者具有改善临床症状的效果,且患者的不良情绪明显减轻,生活质量得以提升,患者对护理工作较为满意。

Objective To analyze the application value of scientific targeted nursing in the nursing of acute bronchitis.Methods From September 2019 to December 2022,250 patients with acute bronchitis in our hospital were analyzed.They were divided into control group(routine nursing,125 patients)and observation group(targeted nursing,125 patients)by random number table method.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life,time for clinical symptom improvement,pulmonary function,nursing quality,psychological state of the two groups were analyzed.Results Among the nursing satisfaction items,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the quality of life items,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the clinical symptom improvement time item,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).In nursing quality items,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the psychological status items,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing intervention in patients with acute bronchitis has the effect of improving clinical symptoms,and the patients'bad mood is significantly reduced,the quality of life is improved,and the patients are more satisfied with the nursing work.
