面向医护人员的信息集成与应用服务平台的设计和实践

Design and Practice of Information Integration and Application Services Platform for Medical Staff

目的解决院内即时通知信息查询不便、无法满足医疗业务移动应用新需求的问题。方法本研究结合医院实际业务功能需求,基于微信的医院信息集成平台进行医疗业务应用与拓展,打破信息壁垒;借助院内集成平台数据共享特性,重点以数据及信息集成为基础,进行数据整合,构建移动环境下开放、融合、高效的医疗服务平台。结果平台投入实际应用,易维护,共服务3972名医护后勤人员,在院内职工范围内基本实现全覆盖;近半年的使用,推送即时通知信息高达10万人次,数据推送准确率达到99.80%。平台实施后医护人员系统使用满意度显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论该平台的应用,给医护人员“智慧医疗”提供快捷、有效的医疗信息查询及即时通知信息推送服务,有助于工作效率和诊疗质量的提高;方便医院管理者及时掌控医院运行状况,助力医院精细化管理,有利于增强医院的服务竞争力。

Objective To solve the inconvenience of inquiring about instant notification information in the hospital and cannot meet the new needs of medical business mobile applications.Methods In this study,based on the hospital information integration platform of WeChat,medical services were applied and expanded in combination with the actual business functional requirements of hospitals,so as to break the information barriers.With the help of the data sharing feature of the integrated platform in the hospital,the focus was on data and information integration for data integration,and an open,integrated and efficient medical service platform under the mobile environment was built.Results The platform was put into practical application and easy to maintain.It served 3972 medical and nursing logistics personnel and basically achieved full coverage within the scope of employees in the hospital,which has been used for nearly half a year and pushed instant notification information up to 100000 person times.Further more,the accuracy of data push was up to 99.8%.After the implementation of the system platform,the satisfaction of medical staff with the use of the system was significantly higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of this platform provides medical staff with fast and effective medical information inquiry and instant notification information push service for“smart medical treatment”,which helps improve work efficiency and diagnosis and treatment quality.It is convenient for hospital administrators to control the operation status of the hospital in time,helps the hospital’s refined management and enhances the hospital’s service competitiveness.
