Recent Advance of Artificial Intelligence Medical Software and its Testing Technology in China

摘要 医学软件测试是评估医学软件功能及性能的主要技术手段。近年来,随着人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术在医学领域的广泛应用,医学AI软件不断更新,其覆盖高算力、数据量大、模型复杂,而传统医学软件测试技术已不能满足相关需求,从而导致医学AI软件测试存在效果不佳、审评审批进展缓慢等问题,严重制约产业及其行业的发展。与传统医学软件测试技术相比,医学AI软件测试技术能够针对医学AI软件关键检测内容及性能指标,有效提高医学AI软件的检测效率。本文概述医学AI软件的发展现状,并与传统医学软件进行对比,总结现有医学软件测试技术,对医学AI软件测试技术的研究进展和不足之处进行综合分析,同时对医学AI软件发展面临的挑战及问题进行展望,旨在为医学AI软件测试技术的发展提供一定的理论基础。 Medical software testing is the main technical means to evaluate the function and performance of medical software.In recent years,with the wide application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in the medical field,medical AI software is constantly updated,which covers high computing power,large data volume and complex models,while traditional medical software testing technology can no longer meet the relevant needs.As a result,,there are several problems in medical AI software testing,such as poor results and slow progress of evaluation and approval,which seriously restricts the development of the industry of medical AI software.Compared with traditional medical software testing technology,medical AI software testing technology can target the key testing contents of medical AI software and performance index,and thus effectively improve the testing efficiency of medical AI software.This paper summarizes the current development status of medical AI software,compares it with traditional medical software,summarizes the existing medical software testing technology,makes a comprehensive analysis of the research progress and shortcomings of medical AI software testing technology,and prospects the challenges and problems facing the development of medical AI software,aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for the development of medical AI software testing technology.
