我国猪圆环病毒3型分子流行病学研究概况

Research Introduction of Molecular Epidemiology of PCV3 in China

2016年,一种新的圆环病毒在美国被发现,该病毒被命名为猪圆环病毒3型(Porcine circovirus 3,PCV3),PCV3感染可造成临床猪只呼吸、消化、生殖等多系统炎症。目前,PCV3的致病机制尚不清楚,但人们对PCV3分子流行病学的研究却在不断深入。为了解我国PCV3分子流行病学情况,作者通过对GenBank中我国上传的426条PCV3全基因序列进行整理,借助分子生物学软件对PCV3各基因型统计分析,并统计了我国PCV3分子流行病学相关文献,回顾了我国近年来PCV3流行及其分型研究进展。通过对我国PCV3分子流行病学进行综述,旨在为进一步做好PCV3的防控提供科学依据。

In 2016,a new circovirus was discovered in the United States,which was named as porcine circovirus 3(PCV3).PCV3 infection can cause multi-system inflammation in clinical pigs such as respiratory,digestive,and reproductive systems.At present,the pathogenic mechanism of PCV3 is still unclear,but the research on the molecular epidemiology of PCV3 is deepening.In order to understand the molecular epidemiology of PCV3 in China,the author sorted out 426 PCV3 complete gene sequences uploaded in China in GenBank,and used molecular biology software to statistically analyze PCV3 genotypes,and counted the molecular epidemiology of PCV3 in China.This paper reviewed the research progress on PCV3 prevalence and its classification in China in recent years.By reviewing the molecular epidemiology of PCV3 in China,it aims to provide an effective basis for further clinical prevention and control of PCV3.
