侧流免疫层析技术在兽医诊断中的应用

Application of Lateral Flow Immunochromatography in Veterinary Diagnosis

侧流免疫层析使用有色标记物、荧光标记物或其他标记物等作为标记物,用于偶联抗原(抗体),用以检测抗体(抗原)的一种免疫化学反应。传统的侧流免疫层析依赖于肉眼观察,灵敏度较低,只能提供定性或半定量结果。新一代侧流免疫层析技术采用不同类型标记物和应用外部设备,对待检物进行量化,来呈现待检物的含量,从而实现开发具有定量、多组分检测能力的免疫层析测试。论文总结了侧流免疫层析标记物、检测原理以及在兽医诊断中的应用,以期为今后侧流免疫层析技术在兽医临床诊断中的应用和改进提供理论参考。

Lateral flow immunochromatography uses colored,fluorescent,or other markers as markers for conjugation of antigens(antibodies)to detect an immunochemical reaction of an antibody(antigen).Traditional lateral flow immunochromatography relies on macroscopic observation,has low sensitivity and can only provide qualitative or semi-quantitative results.The new generation of lateral flow immunochromatography technology uses different types of markers and external devices to quantify the contents of the objects to be tested,so as to realize the development of quantitative and multi-component immunochromatography test.In this paper,the existing markers,detection principles and application of lateral flow immunochromatography in veterinary diagnosis were summarized,in order to provide theoretical reference for the application and improvement of lateral flow immunochromatography in veterinary clinical diagnosis in the future.
