摘要
抗生素因具有快速高效抑杀病原微生物的优势而被广泛应用于各种细菌感染性疾病的临床治疗中。然而,随着抗生素的不合理使用,导致细菌对抗生素的耐药性愈发严重。在实际养殖生产中,减少抗生素的使用,应用新型药物来替代抗生素已成为现实需要。生物碱是一类含氮的碱性化合物,具有抗菌、抗炎等多种生物活性。论文概述了生物碱类化合物的抗菌活性、抗菌及逆转抗生素耐药性的机制,旨在为开发新型抗耐药菌药物和临床辅助抗生素用药提供新策略。
Antibiotics are widely used in the treatment of numerous bacterial infections,due to their advantages of fast and efficient antimicrobial activity.However,owing to the abuse of antibiotics,bacterial resistance to antibiotics is becoming increasingly severe.In livestock farming,there are increasing requests to decrease antibiotic use and replace antibiotics with alternative drugs.Alkaloids are nitrogenous compounds with a variety of biological activities such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,and so on.The antibacterial activity,antibacterial mechanism,and antibiotic resistance reversal mechanism of alkaloids were summarized in this review.The aim is to provide new strategies for the development of new antibacterial drugs and clinical adjuvant antibiotics.
