摘要
为评估猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)灭活疫苗的临床使用效果,选用市售A、B两种PRRS灭活疫苗在陕西省某4800头规模化母猪场开展对比试验。试验选取180头健康妊娠母猪,随机分为3组,在猪场正常生产管理流程下分别在母猪妊娠8周龄免疫A PRRS灭活疫苗、B PRRS灭活疫苗和灭菌生理盐水(对照组)。通过对试验组和对照组生产成绩、疫苗免疫后的抗体水平变化、分娩仔猪14日龄的PRRS母源抗体水平及仔猪PRRS水平传播能力等综合分析,发现A PRRS灭活疫苗免疫组生产成绩优于B PRRS灭活疫苗免疫组和对照组;A PRRS灭活疫苗免疫组母猪及14日龄仔猪抗体水平均高于B PRRS灭活疫苗免疫组和对照组;A PRRS灭活疫苗免疫组仔猪PRRS的水平传播能力低于B PRRS灭活疫苗免疫组和对照组。说明妊娠8周母猪免疫A PRRS灭活疫苗可提高母源抗体对仔猪的保护力,A PRRS灭活疫苗在一定程度上可阻断PRRS在产房的水平传播。
To evaluate the clinical efficacy of inactivated porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)vaccine,two commercially available PRRS vaccines,A and B,were selected.The inactivated vaccines were tested in a 4800-head sow farm in Shaanxi province.180 gestating sows were randomly divided into three groups and immunized with A and B PRRS inactivated vaccine and sterilized normal saline(control group)at the age of 8 weeks of gestation under the normal production management process of the pig farm.Through the comprehensive analysis of the production performance of test and control groups,antibody changes after immunization with vaccines,PRRS maternal antibody levels of piglets at 14 days of age and PRRS horizontal transmission ability of piglets,it was found that:1.The production performance of A PRRS inactivated vaccine group was higher than that of B PRRS inactivated vaccine group and control group.2.The antibody levels of sows and 14-day-old piglets in the A PRRS inactivated vaccine immunization group were higher than those in the B PRRS inactivated vaccine immunization group and the control group.3.The horizontal transmission of PRRS in piglets in the A PRRS inactivated vaccine immunization group was lower than that in the B PRRS inactivated vaccine immunization group and the control group.The test results showed that immunization of sows at 8 weeks of gestation with A PRRS inactivated vaccine could improve the protection of piglets with maternal antibodies against PRRS,and A PRRS inactivated vaccine could effectively prevent horizontal transmission of PRRS in delivery room.
