子宫下段防波堤样缝合术结合B-Lynch缝合术治疗子宫下段收缩乏力性产后出血的效果观察

Effect of breakwater suture and B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by systolic fatigue in the lower uterine segment

目的观察子宫下段防波堤样缝合术结合B-Lynch缝合术治疗子宫下段收缩乏力性产后出血的效果。方法选取33例子宫下段收缩乏力性产后出血患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(17例)与试验组(16例)。对照组使用子宫下段防波堤样缝合术进行治疗,试验组在对照组基础上结合B-Lynch缝合术进行治疗。比较两组的止血效果、术中时间、住院时间、术中出血量及术后24 h出血量。结果试验组止血总有效率93.75%明显高于对照组的64.71%(P<0.05)。试验组的术中时间和住院时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量和术中24 h出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫下段防波堤样缝合术结合B-Lynch缝合术治疗子宫下段收缩乏力性产后出血具有显著的临床效果,减少产后出血量,提高止血效率,缩短术中时间,促进患者康复,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To observe the effect of lower uterine segment breakwater suture combined with B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by systolic fatigue.Methods 33 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to systolic weakness inlower uterine segment breakwater suture combined were selected and divided into control group(17 cases)and experimental group(16 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with breakwater suture of lower uterine segment,and the experimental group was treated with B-Lynch suture based on the control group.The hemostatic effect,intraoperative time,hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative 24 h blood loss were compared between the two groups.Results The total hemostatic effective rate of 93.75%in experimental group was significantly higher than that of 64.71%in control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative time and hospital stay of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and 24 h intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony in the lower uterine segment breakwater suture combined with B-Lynch suture has significant clinical effects,reducing postpartum hemorrhage,improving hemostatic efficiency,shortening intraoperative time,and promoting patient recovery.It is worth further promoting in clinical practice.
