督灸对肾阳虚型不孕症患者子宫内膜血流及妊娠率的影响研究

Du-moxibustion the endometrial blood flow in patients with kidney-yang deficiency type of infertility and pregnancy rate of impact study

目的探讨对肾阳虚型不孕症患者采取督灸治疗对其子宫内膜血流、妊娠率的影响。方法选取200例肾阳虚型不孕症患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各100例。对照组采取常规治疗,试验组采取常规治疗联合督灸治疗。比较两组治疗3个月的子宫内膜血流、妊娠率及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组患者子宫内膜厚度明显高于对照组,子宫内膜血流搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、及收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速(S/D)水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组6个月妊娠率为53.00%,明显高于对照组的28.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用督灸治疗肾阳虚型不孕症,可提高患者子宫内膜厚度,改善子宫内膜血流动力学,提高妊娠率,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective To investigate the effect of Du-moxibustion on endometrial blood flow and pregnancy rate of infertility patients with kidney-yang deficiency type.Methods 200 infertility patients with kidney-yang deficiency type were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,100 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received conventional treatment combined with Du-moxibustion treatment.Endometrial blood flow,pregnancy rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 3 months of treatment.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the levels of endometrial blood flow pulsation index(PI),resistance index(RI),and peak systolic flow velocity/end-diastolic flow velocity(S/D)were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The 6-month pregnancy rate of experimental group was 53.00%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(28.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Du-moxibustion can increase the thickness of endometrium,improve the hemodynamics of endometrium,increase the pregnancy rate,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of promotion and application.
