阴道镜联合利普刀治疗宫颈病变的临床效果分析

Clinical effectiveness analysis of colposcope combined with lipknife in the treatment of cervical lesions

目的分析宫颈病变患者应用阴道镜联合利普刀治疗的临床效果。方法选取100例宫颈病变患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用常规手术治疗,试验组采用阴道镜联合利普刀治疗。比较两组手术相关指标,并检测对比卵巢储备功能指标水平变化。结果相比对照组,试验组手术用时、引流时间、住院时间更短,试验组术中出血量(8.68±2.52)ml少于对照组的(15.14±3.66)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术前,两组卵巢功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后,试验组雌二醇(E_(2))水平高于对照组,促黄体生成素(LH)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阴道镜联合利普刀用于宫颈病变患者治疗中,术中出血量少,且在促进术后康复方面更具优势,同时对卵巢功能影响小,具有应用推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of colposcope combined with lipknife in the treatment of cervical lesions.Methods 100 patients with cervical lesions were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional surgery,and the experimental group was treated with Colposcope combined with Lipknife.Operation-related indexes were compared between the two groups,and changes in ovarian reserve function indexes were detected and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time,drainage time and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter,and the intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group(8.68±2.52)ml was less than that of the control group(15.14±3.66)ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in ovarian function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the estradiol(E_(2))level of experimental group was higher than that of control group,while the luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)levels of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Colposcope combined with Lipknife in the treatment of patients with cervical lesions has less intraoperative blood loss and more advantages in promoting postoperative rehabilitation.At the same time,it has little impact on ovarian function,so it has the application and promotion value.
