芬吗通在女性更年期综合征治疗中的效果观察

Effect of Femoston in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome

目的观察雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装(芬吗通)在女性更年期综合征治疗中的效果。方法选取80例女性更年期综合征患者,将患者运用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采取戊酸雌二醇片治疗,研究组患者采取芬吗通治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果研究组患者总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组LH(13.25±5.24)IU/L、FSH(23.64±7.45)IU/L水平低于对照组的(18.54±5.65)IU/L、(43.26±8.78)IU/L,E2(71.24±10.24)pmol/L水平高于对照组的(51.32±10.24)pmol/L(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论女性更年期综合征患者治疗中采取芬吗通可以提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,调节患者性激素水平,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the effect of estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets combined package(Femoston)in the treatment of female menopausal syndrome.Methods 80 female patients with climacteric syndrome were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets,and the study group was treated with Femoston.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 77.50%(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,LH(13.25±5.24)IU/L and FSH(23.64±7.45)IU/L in the study group were lower than those in the control group(18.54±5.65)IU/L and(43.26±8.78)IU/L.The level of E2(71.24±10.24)pmol/L was higher than that of control group(51.32±10.24)pmol/L(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 20.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of female climacteric syndrome patients,Femoston can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,regulate the level of sex hormones in patients,which has the value of popularization.
