综合护理在妊娠期高血压综合征患者产后护理中的应用研究

Application of comprehensive nursing in postpartum nursing of hypertensive syndrome during pregnancy

目的观察综合护理在妊娠期高血压综合征患者产后护理中的应用效果。方法选取85例妊娠期高血压综合征患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)与观察组(43例)。对照组采取常规产后护理,观察组采取产后综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者收缩压、舒张压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者负面情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率2.33%明显低于对照组的21.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压综合征患者产后采取综合护理,能够有效降低患者血压水平,改善不良情绪,降低患者并发症的风险,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing in postpartum nursing of hypertensive syndrome during pregnancy.Methods 85 patients with gestational hypertension syndrome were selected and divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(43 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine postpartum nursing,and the observation group received postpartum comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between 2 groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in negative emotion score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group(2.33%)was significantly lower than that of control group(21.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum comprehensive nursing for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can effectively reduce the level of blood pressure,improve adverse mood and reduce the risk of complications,which has the value of clinical promotion.
