子宫全切术患者的叙事护理干预效果及对心理状态、睡眠质量的影响

Effect of narrative nursing intervention on mental state and sleep quality in patients with total hysterectomy

目的研究子宫全切术患者实施叙事护理干预的有效价值。方法选取50例行子宫全切术治疗患者,通过随机化分组模式将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。对照组患者实施基础护理,观察组患者实施叙事护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果护理前,两组主观质量、入睡时间、睡眠用时、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组主观质量、入睡时间、睡眠用时、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍评分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS评分(45.40±4.82)分、SDS评分(41.34±6.86)分相比对照组(56.51±5.23)分、(51.35±8.70)分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将叙事护理模式应用于子宫全切术患者中,可稳定不良情绪,提升睡眠质量,具有应用价值。

Objective To study the effective value of narrative nursing intervention in patients undergoing total hysterectomy.Methods 50 patients undergoing total hysterectomy were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing,and the observation group received narrative nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in subjective quality,sleeping time,sleeping time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction scores and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the subjective quality,sleeping time,sleeping time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction scores and total scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS score(45.40±4.82)points and SDS score(41.34±6.86)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(56.51±5.23)points and(51.35±8.70)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing model applied in total hysterectomy patients,can stabilize the bad mood,improve the quality of sleep,has application value.
