Teaching Reform of Polymer Physics Experiment Based on Engineering Education Professional Certification and the Integration of Science and Education

摘要 基于工程教育认证和科教融合理念,科研反哺实验和实践教学,增强学生解决复杂工程问题的能力。在此理念指导下,聊城大学高分子材料与工程专业在《高分子物理实验》教学过程中,开设探索性实验项目,采取“全员参与、数据共享”的方法,形成研究性报告,论述功能填料与聚合物复合材料性能(软化点、力学性能和结晶行为)的内在联系。将实验报告、研究性报告和期末考试按照一定比例纳入课程成绩,建立合理的成绩评价体系。 Based on engineering education professional certification and the integration of science and education,the scientific achievements are used in the experiment and practical teaching in order to improve the students’abilities to solve complex engineering problems.Under the guidance of this concept,some exploratory experiments were added into Polymer Physics Experiment,in the teaching process of polymer materials and engineering majors for Liaocheng University.According to the experimental results of the team,an essay is finished.In team-work essay,students must discuss the effect of functional fillers on the performance of polymer composites,such as softening point,mechanical properties and crystallization.The logical assessment of experimental score can be formed by the integration of laboratory report,team-work essay and semester examination.
