摘要
呼吸内科临床教学存在病种多,学时短的特点。传统教学模式下学生的积极性不高,教与学在一次教学活动中完成,学生知识内化程度较低,教学效果不佳。翻转课堂是利用现代信息化技术,学生在课前自主学习,课上通过反复讨论和交流在教师的引导下完成知识内化的新型教学模式。回顾翻转课堂的起源、含义,结合呼吸内科学的临床教学介绍翻转课堂具体实施时的模式和构建;总结翻转课堂在调动学生学习的自主性、能动性方面的优势;对目前存在的问题如选择教学内容要适合翻转教学,教师和学生要提高认识和并需要一定的能力储备以及网络平台建设等方面进行探讨,并提出可能的解决方案,为进一步完善和推广医学教育的翻转课堂教学提供参考。
There are many contents and few courses in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine.Under the traditional teaching mode,students’enthusiasm is not high.Teaching and learning are completed in one teaching activity.The internalization of students'knowledge is low,and the teaching effeet is poor.The flipped classroom is a new teaching mode that uses modern information technology to enable students to learn independently before class and complete the internalization of knowledge under the guidance of teachers through repeated discussion and communication in class.The article reviews the origin and meaning of the flipped classroom and introduces the mode and construction of the flipped classroom in combination with the clinical teaching of respiratory medicine.The advantages of the flipped classroom in mobilizing students'autonomy and initiative in learning are summarized.The existing problems such as the selection of teaching content to be suitable for flipped teaching,the need for teachers and students to improve their understanding and the need for a certain ability reserve,and the construction of a network plaform are discussed.Possible solutions to provide a reference for further improving and promoting flipped classroom teaching in medical education are proposed.
