我国翻译学博士人才培养的目标内涵与模式构建——翻译学博士生培养的国际经验借鉴

摘要 翻译学博士人才培养是翻译学当前需要探讨的重要课题。本文借鉴翻译学博士生培养的国际经验特别是欧洲经验,指出我国翻译学博士生培养目标应涵盖翻译学的学术性与行业性、翻译学博士生的研究能力与实践能力、翻译学的自身发展与社会的整体进步3个维度。文章进而提出了翻译学核心课程教学、翻译研究能力训练、跨学科学习、翻译行业实践“四位一体”的翻译学博士生培养模式,以期进一步提升新时代我国翻译学博士人才培养质量。 Doctorates training is an underexplored subject in the field of translation studies at present. By drawing on international practices, especially European practices of doctorates training in translation studies, this paper points out that doctorates training in translation studies in China is supposed to include three dimensions, namely the academia and industry of translation, doctorates’ research competence and practical ability, and development of translation studies and society at large. On this basis, the paper proposes a four-pronged training model for doctoral programs in translation studies, integrating core course teaching in translation studies, translation research competence cultivation, interdisciplinary study and translation industry practice, with the aim of improving the quality of China’s doctorates training in translation studies in the New Era.
