某动车组变流器风扇随机振动疲劳分析

摘要 以某动车组变流器风扇为研究对象,通过扫频试验确定风扇结构的固有模态,同时进行无极调速试验验证风扇结构满载运行情况下是否会发生共振。建立风扇结构的有限元模型,将模型的固有模态与扫频试验对比,确保模型的准确性。利用Dirlik法和Miner线性损伤累积准则对风扇结构进行随机振动疲劳分析,根据实验和仿真分析结果对结构进行仿真优化。分析结果表明:优化方案避免了共振现象的发生,疲劳寿命得到显著提高。 Taking the auxiliary converter fan of an EMU as the research object,the natural mode of the fan structure is determined by frequency sweep test,and meanwhile the step-by-step power-on test is applied to verify whether the fan structure will resonate at full rotation.A finite element model of the fan structure is established,and its inherent mode is calculated and compared with the frequency sweep experiment to ensure the accuracy of the model.The Dirlik method and the Miner linear damage accumulation criterion are used to evaluate the fatigue damage of the fan structure,and the structure is simulated and optimized based on the results of the experiment and simulation analysis.The analysis results show that the optimized scheme avoids the occurrence of resonance phenomenon,intensifying the fan's fatigue life significantly.
