云制造网络平台中机床设备建模方法研究

Research on Modeling of Machine Tool Equipment Based on CloudManufacturing Network Platform

摘要 以机床设备为对象,针对云制造网络平台的设备资源在虚拟化接入和服务化封装的过程中,存在的设备资源属性信息庞杂、平台接入困难等问题进行研究。基于本体建模的思想,使用Protégé构建机床装备资源本体模型,得到OWL本体知识文档;使用XML editor构建本体XML描述模板,通过该模板对机床设备进行实例化,建立机床设备资源数据库,在云制造网络服务管理平台中对机床设备形式化描述模型进行检验和应用。 With machine tool equipment as the investigation object,research is conducted on the problems of maultifarous information of equipment resource properties and difficulty in platform access in the process of virtualized access and service-based packaging of equipment resources on the cloud manufacturing network platform.Based on the idea of ontology modeling,Protégéis applied to construct the machine tool equipment resource ontology model,abtaining OWL ontology knowledge document.XML editor is used to construct ontology XML description template,by which machine tool equipment is instantiated,machine tool equipment resource database is established,and the effectiveness of the machine tool equipment formal description model in the cloud manufacturing network service management platform is verified.
