摘要
本文综述了利用活性污泥合成聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)的各类工艺(厌氧-好氧工艺、好氧动态补料工艺、好氧动态排水工艺),分析了影响活性污泥合成PHA过程中的主要影响因素(有机负荷、碳源种类、营养元素、pH值、温度、溶解氧浓度、生物固体停留时间),以及不同工艺的优劣性.并指出好氧工艺的PHA产量较大,但生产成本较高,故未来量产PHA的目标为降低其生产成本,以及加强PHA的提取纯化.
This paper reviews various processes(anaerobic-aerobic process,aerobic dynamic feeding process and aerobic dynamic drainage process)of polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHA)synthesis from activated sludge,and analyzes the main influencing factors(substrate concentration,carbon source types,nutrient elements,pH value,temperature,dissolved oxygen concentration and sludge retention time)in the process of synthesizing PHA The paper also compares and analyzes.The advantages and disadvantages of different processes.The results suggest that PHA can accumulate massively under the condition of aerobic process,but the cost of production is relatively high.Therefore,the goals of mass production of PHA in the future are to reduce the production cost and improve the extraction and purification of PHA.
