新课标背景下义务教育阶段体育教师跨学科教学能力的内涵厘定、构成要素与培育路径 被引量:17

摘要 在《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022年版)》引领下,义务教育阶段体育教师应具备哪些教学能力来开展跨学科教学活动,进而促进学生德智体美劳全面发展就成为了重要议题。运用文献研究法和逻辑分析法,就义务教育阶段体育教师跨学科教学能力的现实诉求、内涵厘定、构成要素和培育路径进行了研究。研究认为,新课标背景下义务教育阶段体育教师跨学科教学能力包含7个要素,即融合性教学思维能力、多学科知识储备能力、融合性教学目标设计能力、教学内容统整能力、真实问题情境嵌入能力、跨学科教学活动组织能力和综合性学习评价能力。未来应从完善体育教育专业人才跨学科教学能力的培育方式,拓宽义务教育阶段体育教师跨学科教学能力关照的保障路径,筑牢义务教育阶段体育教师跨学科教学能力培养的学习平台,激发义务教育阶段体育教师跨学科教学能力生成的内部动力4个方面来培育义务教育阶段体育教师的跨学科教学能力。 Under the guidance of the Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health(2022 Edition),what teaching abilities should physical education teachers possess in the compulsory education stage to carry out interdisciplinary teaching activities in order to promote the comprehensive development of students'moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor has become an important issue.The research adopts the method of literature research and logical analysis to study the practical demands,connotation determination,constituent elements,and cultivation path of interdisciplinary teaching ability of physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage.The research finds that under the background of the new curriculum standards,the interdisciplinary teaching ability of physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage includes seven elements,namely,integrated teaching thinking ability,multidisciplinary knowledge storage ability,integrated teaching goal design ability,teaching content integration ability,real problem situation embedding ability,interdisciplinary teaching activity organization ability,and comprehensive learning evaluation ability.In the future,it is necessary to cultivate the interdisciplinary teaching ability of physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage from four aspects:improving the cultivation methods of interdisciplinary teaching ability of physical education professionals,broadening the guarantee path for the care of interdisciplinary teaching ability of physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage,building a learning platform for the cultivation of interdisciplinary teaching ability of physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage,and stimulating the internal motivation for the generation of interdisciplinary teaching ability of physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage.
