Research on the Problems and Countermeasures Facing the High-Quality Development of CHINA RAILWAY Express

为推动中欧班列由高速增长转入高质量发展,运用调查研究和文献分析等方法,在分析中欧班列运行状况及特征后,针对中欧班列发展面临的“国家重视、自身优势、双碳目标导向、恶性竞争、补贴减少”等机遇和挑战,研究提出多元化提升通道枢纽能力,积极拓展国际国内市场,整合资源实现合作共赢,完善相关政策、标准和规范,注重提高通关效率,加快推进信息化建设等对策建议。

In order to promote the transformation of CHINA RAILWAY Express from high-speed growth to high-quality development,this paper analyzes the operation status and characteristics of CHINA RAILWAY Express by using investigation research and literature analysis methods.In view of the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of CHINA RAILWAY Express,such as"national attention,own advantages,double carbon target orientation,vicious competition,and subsidy reduction",this paper puts forward countermeasures suggestions such as diversifying and improving the capacity of channel hubs,actively expanding international and domestic markets,integrating resources to achieve win-win cooperation,improving relevant policies,standards and specifications,focusing on improving customs clearance efficiency,and accelerating the construction of informatization.
