依规治党视域下的高校党课教学问题研究

Teaching Research of PartyLessons for College Studentsby the Principle of Ruling the Partywith Regulations

依规治党视域下当前高校党课教学存在的主要问题是缺乏统一的审查标准、教学内容比较随意,缺乏规范的教学要求、教学方法五花八门,缺乏科学的管理制度、教学效果不甚理想。根据党内法规可知,党课不同于一般专业知识教学,它是中国共产党对党员和有入党意愿的先进分子进行党性教育的专门课程。就课程属性而言,高校党课具有强烈的思想性,着力培养共产主义理想信念和道德情操;具有鲜明的政治性,系统传授中国共产党的基本知识和理论;具有显著的科学性,需要专门的学科积累和学术传统来滋养。在依规治党视域下,可以从三个方面改进当前高校的党课教学:一是高校党委设置独立的党校,统一负责全校的党课教学工作;二是党校加强与相关部门合作,建立科学的高校党课课程体系;三是党校选拔和培养专家学者,组建师资队伍并完善教学资源。

According to the principle of ruling the Party with regulations,there are some major problems in current Party lesson for college students,such as random teaching content for the loose censorship,messy teaching methods for unclear teaching requirements,poor teaching results for irrational management.Party internal regulations prescribe the attributes of party lessons which are different from general professional education.They are particular spirit education courses for CPC members and progressives before their recruitment.For course attributes,the college Party lessons are provided with strong ideology to develop communist ideals,convictions and moral sentiments.With distinctive political nature,they provide a curriculum system on the basic knowledge and theory of the Communist Party of China.It’s an obvious science nourished by certain subject accumulation and academic tradition.Under the principle of ruling the Party with regulations,Party lessons teaching can be improved from three points.Firstly,the Party committee of the college should set up an independent Party school to be responsible for the teaching on campus.Secondly,the Party school should enhance cooperation with relevant departments and construct a scientific Party course system for college students.Thirdly,the Party school should select and train specialists and scholars to construct a teaching team and optimize teaching resources.
