宇航用千兆星绞数据电缆的研制

摘要 宇航用千兆数据电缆已成为航空航天电子信息设备的重要传输元件。通过对电缆星绞结构设计和低介电常数含氟聚合物选材、主要传输性能指标设计、关键工艺研究和控制、测试项目严格制定和执行,最终成功自主研制了宇航用千兆星绞数据电缆。经实际测试,该电缆具有高带宽、高速率、低延时、低延时差、抗电磁干扰、耐辐射的性能特点,完全满足目前宇航用千兆数据传输的使用要求,填补了该领域的国内空白,成功替代进口产品。 The gigabit data cable for aerospace has become an important transmission component of aerospace electronic information equipment. Through the quad cable structure design, low dielectric constant fluoropolymer material selection, main transmission performance index design, key process research and control, and testing projects strict formulation and implementation, the gigabit quad data cable for aerospace is successfully developed independently. The actual tests show that the cable has the characteristics of high bandwidth, high speed, low delay, low intra-pair skew, anti EMI, and radiation resistance, which fully meets the current requirements of gigabit data transmission for aerospace, fills the domestic gap in this field, and successfully replaces imported products.
