摘要 为满足不断增长的大容量、高电压、远距离输电线路建设需求,避免普通钢芯铝绞线导线在线路运行中出现的问题,研制了一种新型高导高强度耐热铝合金导线。该导线采用新型高导高强度耐热铝合金材料,协同提高导线的导电率、抗拉强度、耐热性;采用涂油特高强度镀锌钢芯和高导高强度耐热铝合金圆线、型线同心绞合而成的特殊结构,有效提高导线节能效果,确保导线更适用于长距离输电线路建设;采用涂油钢芯及导线外层型线紧密结构,有效提高导线防腐蚀性能,确保导线更适用于沿海或重工业地区的运行环境;采用光滑型线结构的外层铝股,降低导线风荷载及覆冰荷载,有效提高线路运行安全可靠性。该导线的施工方法与普通钢芯铝绞线基本一致且性能更优异,满足了我国电力行业工程应用需求,应用前景广阔。 In order to meet the growing demand of high-capacity, high-voltage and long-distance transmission line construction and avoid the problems of ordinary steel cored aluminum strand conductor in line operation, a new type of high-conductivity and high-strength heat-resistant aluminum alloy conductor is developed. The conductor adopts a new type of high-conductivity and high-strength heat-resistant aluminum alloy material, which cooperatively improves the conductivity, tensile strength and heat resistance of the conductor. The conductor adopts a special structure made of oil coated ultra-high strength galvanized steel core and high-conductivity and high-strength heat-resistant aluminum alloy round wire and shaped wire, which can effectively improve the energy-saving effect of the conductor and ensure that the conductor is more suitable for the construction of long-distance transmission lines. The conductor adopts oil coated steel core and tight structure of outer shaped wire, which can effectively improve the anti-corrosion performance of the conductor and ensure that the conductor is more suitable for the operation environment of coastal or heavy industry areas. The conductor adopts the outer aluminum strand of smooth shaped wire structure to reduce the wind load and icing load of the conductor and effectively improve the safety and reliability of line operation. The construction method of the conductor is basically consistent with that of ordinary steel cored aluminum strand conductor, and its performance is better. The conductor meets the engineering application needs of China’s power industry and has a broad application prospect.
