Selection of Hot Melt Adhesive for Anticorrosive and Adhesive Coating of Composite Smooth Aluminum Sheathed Cable

复合平滑铝套电缆在结构设计、机械性能、安装敷设等方面均有较大的技术优势。针对传统防腐涂覆用沥青材料的黏结性不足,展开了复合平滑铝套电缆防腐-黏结用热熔胶的研制。以聚氨酯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)为基体材料,通过改性设计开发了两种专用高黏结热固性热熔胶。采用防腐试验和剥离强度试验验证了聚氨酯高黏结热熔胶和EVA高黏结热熔胶的防腐性能和黏结性能。相较之下,EVA高黏结热熔胶的黏结性能更优,其可使复合平滑铝套与外护套黏结成整体,不易脱开,形成复合护套,确保复合平滑铝套电缆与皱纹铝套电缆一样满足标准对高压电缆弯曲半径的要求,且弯曲后表面平整,不会产生弓起现象,电缆运行更为安全可靠。

The composite smooth aluminum sheathed cable has great technical advantages in structure design, mechanical performance, installation and laying. In view of the lack of adhesion of asphalt materials used for traditional anticorrosive coating, a hot melt adhesive for anticorrosion and adhesion of composite smooth aluminum sheathed cables is developed. Using polyurethane and EVA as matrix materials, two special high adhesive thermosetting hot melt adhesives are developed through modification design. The anticorrosive and adhesive properties of polyurethane high adhesive hot melt adhesive and EVA high adhesive hot melt adhesive are verified by anticorrosion test and peel strength test. In contrast, EVA high adhesive hot melt adhesive has better adhesive performance. It can make the composite smooth aluminum sheath and the outer sheath adhere to form a whole, which is not easy to be separated and form a composite sheath. It ensures that the composite smooth aluminum sheathed cable meets the requirements of the standard for the bending radius of high-voltage cable like the corrugated aluminum sheathed cable, and after bending the surface is flat and without bowing, and the cable operation is more safe and reliable.
