摘要
室内软光缆因其结构特殊、外径较小在成盘光缆收排线时可承受的张力较小且对排线节距、光缆入盘时偏转角的精度要求较高。由于目前室内软光缆生产线收线设备忽视了光缆在线盘上的螺旋上升角对光缆偏转角控制和动态调整的影响,从而造成光缆无法自动进行整盘整齐紧密排列。从理论上对室内软光缆生产线收线设备运动特性进行了深入分析,并利用分析结果为一些设备现存问题提供了解决方案,以期推动室内软光缆收线设备进一步向自动化、智能化和安全高效化发展,满足各室内软光缆和光缆连接跳线生产企业的需求。
Due to its special structure and small outer diameter, the indoor flexible optical cable can bear less tension during the take-up and arrangement of the coiled optical cable, and has high requirements for the accuracy of the arrangement pitch and the deflection angle when the optical cable enters the reel. At present, the take-up equipment of indoor flexible optical cable production line ignores the influence of the spiral rising angle on the optical cable reel on the control and dynamic adjustment of the optical cable deflection angle, resulting in the inability of the optical cable to automatically arrange the whole reel neatly and closely. The motion characteristics of take-up equipment of indoor flexible optical cable production line are analyzed theoretically, and the analysis results provide solutions to the existing problems of some equipment, in order to promote the further development of indoor flexible optical cable take-up equipment to automation, intelligence, safety and efficiency, and meet the needs of various indoor flexible optical cable and optical cable connection jumper production enterprises.
