基于稀土永磁同步电机的线缆挤塑机系统改造

Transformation of Cable Extruder System Based on Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要 相对于传统的直流电机与异步电机,稀土永磁同步电机的结构更简单、节能更高效、性能更优化。根据可行性分析结果,基于稀土永磁同步电机进行了Φ90规格线缆挤塑机系统升级改造。经过节电和经济效益评估,相对异步电机挤塑机系统,改造后的永磁同步电机挤塑机系统可节电25%~35%,日节电金额56.2元。同时,验证了永磁同步电机在线缆挤塑机系统中应用的可行性,且有较大的经济效益。 Compared with traditional DC motor and asynchronous motor, rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor has simpler structure, more energy-saving and efficient, and more optimized performance. According to the feasibility analysis results, the Φ90 specification cable extruder system is upgraded based on rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor. After the evaluation of power-saving and economic benefits, compared with the asynchronous motor extruder system, the transformed permanent magnet synchronous motor extruder system can save 25%~35% power, and the daily power-saving amount is 56.2 CNY. At the same time, it verifies the feasibility of the application of permanent magnet synchronous motor in the cable extruder system, and has great economic benefits.
