我国海上风电用集电海底电缆系统成本优化探析

Cost Optimization of Collecting Submarine Cable System for Offshore Wind Power in China

摘要 我国海上风电产业已从高补贴进入平价时代,行业中所有零部件、工程服务等都将面临成本优化的挑战。从海上风电用集电海底电缆产品材料成本(导体、金属套、铠装、绝缘)优化和集电海底电缆系统成本(系统输送电压、系统拓扑成本、系统传输成本)优化两方面对海上风电用集电海缆系统未来经济性进行了全面分析。目前,在我国海上风电用集电海底电缆系统经济性优化中基于提高系统输送电压的成本优化方案的实施效果较佳。 China’s offshore wind power industry has entered the era of parity from high subsidies, and all components and engineering services in the industry will face the challenge of cost optimization. The future economy of collecting submarine cable system for offshore wind power is comprehensively analyzed from two aspects: the optimization of material cost(conductor, metal sleeve, armor, insulation) of offshore wind power collecting submarine cable products and the optimization of collecting submarine cable system cost(system transmission voltage, system topology cost, system transmission cost). At present, the cost optimization scheme based on improving the system transmission voltage has a better effect in the economic optimization of offshore wind power collecting submarine cable system in China.
