摘要 唐钢新区高炉出铁过程分析表明高炉铁水排放不仅受铁口出铁的影响,还受铁水在炉缸内部流动状态的影响,其中焦炭质量与渣铁流动性决定渣铁生成后在炉缸的汇集以及流向铁口区域这一过程。铁口工作状态和渣铁在炉缸内部流动的匹配决定炉前的出铁质量。通过焦炭质量的改进、对铁口出铁时间探讨和相应出铁制度的确定以及针对性的制定炉前出铁管理,有效稳定了炉前出铁,为高炉顺行提供了有力支撑。 The process analysis of iron tapping in the new district of Tangsteel company indicated that the discharge of liquid iron was affected by both the iron tapping process and the flow conditions of liquid iron in blast-furnace crucible.The quality of coke and the mobility of slag-iron system seriously affected the convergence and the flow of slag-iron.The quality of the produced liquid iron was determined by of the operative conditions in blast-furnace crucible section and the flow conditions of slag-iron system.The quality of liquid iron was stable when improving the quality of coke,establishing reasonable iron tapping operation and time,and laying down rational iron tapping management.
