摘要
针对卧式热回收焦炉生产红焦在干熄条件下存在运输效率以及焦炭烧损方面的不足,提出了一种新型卧式热回收焦炉干熄焦装置红焦直接提升技术。通过计算对比分析可知,在红焦输送过程中,直接提升方案产生的焦炭烧损仅为带地坑和二次倒运方案的1/4。
In view of the shortage of transportation efficiency and coke burning loss in horizontal heat recovery coke oven under coke dry quenching,a new type of direct hot coke lifting technology of horizontal heat recovery coke oven was proposed.Through calculation and comparison analysis,it can be seen that in the process of hot coke transportation,the coke burning loss caused by the direct lifting scheme is only 1/4 of that caused by the schemes with pit and the secondary reverse transport.
