摘要
针对钢铁企业燃气—蒸汽联合循环发电机组(CCPP)燃气轮机夏季发电能力衰减的问题,结合钢铁企业煤气系统工艺特点及机组特性,通过回归分析方法,建立了入口煤气温度、混合煤气热值及环境空气温度与燃气轮机发电负荷的关系模型。煤气喷水降温试验和煤气热值改善试验表明,降低入口煤气温度和优化煤气热值设定区间,是提高机组夏季发电能力的有效方法。
According to the decline of gas turbine power generation capacity of gas-steam combined cycle generator units(CCPP)and the process characteristics of gas system in iron and steel enterprises and unit characteristics,the relationship model between gas turbine power generation load,gas temperature and calorific value of mixed gas is established by the regression analysis method.De-superheating spray test and optimizing calorific value test analysis shows that reducing the inlet gas temperature of gas turbine and optimizing the setting interval of gas calorific value are effective methods to improve the generating capacity of the unit in summer.
