Application of BIM technology in mechanical and electrical installation engineering

BIM技术在土木工程建设各领域得到广泛应用。文章以公共建筑机电安装工程中的BIM应用为切入点,以建筑机电工程安装的全寿命周期为视角,探讨了从前期规划设计到施工安装,到后期工程保修及运维管理阶段的应用思路,分析了当前机电安装工程领域BIM技术应用过程中存在的问题,并对未来应用方向进行了展望。

BIM technology has been widely used in various fields of civil engineering construction.Taking the application of BIM in public building mechanical and electrical installation engineering as the starting point,the paper discusses the application ideas from the early planning and design to construction and installation,to the later project warranty and operation and maintenance management stage from the perspective of the whole life cycle of building mechanical and electrical engineering installation.The problems existing in the application of BIM technology in the field of mechanical and electrical installation engineering are analyzed,and the future application direction is prospected.
