摘要 目前国内矿山提升主控系统可以较为全面的反应系统运行状态,在提升设备运行过程中,乘罐人员进入罐笼后对系统运行状态信息掌握较少,罐笼运行缓慢,生产效率较低。为了在增加安全感的同时降低运营成本,提高运营效率,文章采用光纤网络通信设备结合工业PLC控制系统及网络监控系统,根据现场提升运行工矿,对电控系统进行合理的硬件配置,最后通过计算机软件编程实现罐笼可靠安全运行,并可通过通信接口通过网络连接整个智能矿山生产管理系统中,实现统一管理,因此普通罐笼电控系统的智能化升级改造就变得尤其重要。 At present,the main control system of mine hoisting system in China can fully reflect the operation status of the system.However,during the operation of the hoisting equipment,the personnel carrying the tank know less grasp about the operation status of the system after entering the cage.The cage runs slowly and the production efficiency is low.In order to reduce the operation cost and improve the operation efficiency while increasing the sense of safety.In the paper,advanced optical fiber network communication equipment is used,combined with industrial PLC control system and network monitoring system,and combined with the on-site lifting operation of industrial mines,the electrical control system is configured with reasonable hardware.Finally,the reliable and safe operation of the cage is realized through computer software programming,and the entire intelligent mine production management system can be connected through the network through the communication interface to achieve unified management.Therefore,the intelligent upgrading of the electric control system of the ordinary cage becomes particularly important.
