装配式剪力墙高层住宅建筑设计技术要点分析

装配式剪力墙结构非常适配当前的高层住宅建筑设计,不仅能够简化实际建设流程,还能够将建设成本进行合理化的控制。文章基于我国对当前高层住宅建筑设计中大力开展的装配式剪力墙结构的现状,对建筑手法进行分析,对内容进行说明,并基于其工业化程度高、预制比例高、房间空间完整等特点将此技术手法的操作要点进行分析,以满足我国在预制建筑上的发展要求。

The prefabricated shear wall structure is very suitable for the current design of high-rise residential buildings,which can not only simplify the actual construction process,but also rationalize the control of construction costs.Based on the current situation of prefabricated shear wall structure vigorously carried out in the design of high-rise residential buildings in China,the paper analyzes the construction techniques,explains the content,and analyzes the operating points of this technical technique based on its high industrialization,high prefabrication ratio,and complete room space to meet the development requirements of prefabricated buildings in China.
