摘要
通过构建用地适宜性评价指标体系和应用GIS技术,以道县为例运用最小阻力模型(MCR模型)对现状用地适宜性进行评价,将道县用地划分为条件建设区和适宜建设区、生态核心区、生态保护区和生态缓冲区等5类,为道县三线划定和国土空间规划编制提供一定参考。结果表明,道县土地空间中适用于建设的面积为88.5 km^(2),占道县用地面积的3.7%,适宜建设的用地面积为24.7 km^(2),条件建设用地面积为63.8 km^(2);适宜生态用地中具有较好生态价值的生态核心区和生态保护区面积分别为454 km^(2)和1471.3 km^(2),共占道县用地面积78.6%;生态缓冲区434.2 km^(2),占道县用地面积的17.7%。
By constructing the land use suitability evaluation index system and applying GIS technology,the minimum resistance model(MCR model)is used to evaluate the suitability of the current land use by taking Dao County as an example,and the land use in Dao County is divided into five categories:conditional construction area,suitable construction area,ecological core area,ecological reserve and ecological buffer zone,which provides some reference for the delimitation of the three lines of Dao County and the preparation of land and spatial planning.The results show that the area suitable for construction in the land space of Dao County is 88.5 km^(2),accounting for 3.7%of the land area of Dao County,the land area suitable for construction is 24.7 km^(2),and the conditional construction land area is 63.8 km^(2).Among the suitable ecological land,the ecological core area and ecological reserve area with good ecological value were 454 km^(2)and 1471.3 km^(2),respectively,accounting for 78.6%of the land area of Dao County.The ecological buffer zone is 434.2 km^(2),accounting for 17.7%of the land area of Dao County.
