改性头发的制备及对水中镉离子的吸附试验研究

摘要 为实现对废水中镉离子的吸附,利用植酸对头发进行改性,并对改性头发吸附镉离子的行为进行研究.通过探讨溶液pH、温度、反应时间、吸附剂用量等条件对改性头发吸附镉离子的影响,得到最佳吸附条件,然后采用EDTA滴定法测定溶液中镉离子的变化.结果发现,当含镉溶液的pH为6、吸附时间为1.5 h时达到吸附平衡,改性头发对镉离子的最大吸附容量为45.20 mg·g-1.植酸改性后的头发能够提供较好的结合位点,具有一定的吸附能力. In order to realize the adsorption of cadmium ions in wastewater,phytic acid was used to modify the hair and adsorb the modified hair.The effects of solution pH,temperature,reaction time,and amount of adsorbent on the cadmium ion adsorption of modified hair were investigated,and the optimal adsorption conditions were obtained.Then EDTA titration was used to measure the change of cadmium ion in the solution.When the pH of the solution containing cadmium is 6 and the adsorption time is 1.5 h,the adsorption equilibrium is reached.The maximum adsorption capacity of modified hair for cadmium ion is obtained.The amount was 45.20 mg·g-1.The hair modified with phytic acid could provide binding sites and had certain adsorption capacity.
