摘要 为研究蒲公英不同部位(花、茎、叶)乙醇提取物的组分及抑菌活性,采用液相色谱-质谱联用法(LC-MS/MS)分析蒲公英花、茎、叶乙醇提取物中的活性成分,利用OD 600检测花、茎、叶对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性.结果表明:花提取物富含黄酮类和苯丙素类化合物,均高于茎和叶提取物;花中的黄酮类化合物且茎、叶均对细菌有一定抑菌效果.研究结果为蒲公英的应用提供理论基础. To study the components and antibacterial activity of ethanol extracts from different parts of dandelion(flowers,stems,leaves),Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)was used to analyze the active components in the ethanol extracts of dandelion flowers,stems and leaves;OD 600 was used to detect the antibacterial activity of flowers,stems and leaves against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.The results showed that flower extract was rich in flavonoids and phenylpropanoid compounds,which were higher than stem and leaf extract.In the flower all of the flavonoids and stems and leaves had certain antibacterial effect on bacteria,which provided a theoretical basis for the application of dandelion.
