再生水泥稳定碎石强化试验研究

摘要 利用PVA溶液强化再生混合骨料和砖渣两种再生骨料,然后分别进行级配设计和强度和耐久性试验.试验结果表明,再生骨料强化后,强度均有一定提高,砖渣骨料提高程度更为显著;强化后的水泥稳定再生混合料和水泥稳定砖渣在级配适合的情况下,可分别达到重交通一级公路和二级公路的要求;在水泥标号相同、水泥用量相同、级配类型相同的情况下,粒径偏大的骨料配制的水泥稳定碎石强度略低;再生稳定碎石经过冻融循环试验,强度损失较小,再生骨料强化后,其耐久性并未显著提高. PVA solution is used to strengthen the recycled mixed aggregate and brick slag,and then grading design and strength and durability tests are carried out respectively.The test results show that the strength of recycled aggregate is improved to some extent,and the improvement of brick slag aggregate is more significant;The reinforced cement stabilized recycled mixture and cement stabilized brick slag can meet the requirements of Class I heavy traffic highway and Class II heavy traffic highway respectively when their grading is appropriate;Under the condition of the same cement grade,cement dosage and grading type,the strength of cement stabilized macadam prepared by the aggregate with larger particle size is slightly lower;After freeze-thaw cycle test,the strength loss of recycled stabilized crushed stone is small,and its durability is not significantly improved after the recycled aggregate is strengthened.
