环成都经济圈范围界定及网络空间特征识别

Scope definition and cyberspace feature recognition of the economic circle around Chengdu

“环成都经济圈”是四川省为带动成都平原经济区发展而提出的,以成都市为核心,加之周边7市共同构成的区域经济体。采用经济社会数据、夜间灯光数据及百度人口迁徙数据,结合断裂点模型、核密度分析和社会网络分析的方法,对环成都经济圈进行发展范围界定与网络空间特征识别。结果表明:目前环成都经济圈发展范围远小于规划范围,城市间联系程度较低,经济圈发育尚处于成长期;经济圈内呈现三角形点阵的网络空间结构,成都市在整个网络中处支配地位,多数城市仍处于经济圈边缘位置,尚未进入核心区域。基于研究结果,就未来环成都经济圈的培育,试从行政层面统筹布局、交通基础设施互联互通和合理有序构建城镇体系等方面提出相应发展规划建议。

The economic circle around Chengdu was a regional economy with Chengdu as its core,together with seven surrounding cities.In order to develop the Chengdu Plain Economic Zone in Sichuan Province,this paper used economic and social data,nighttime lighting data and Baidu population migration data,combined with breakpoint models,kernel density analysis and social network analysis methods to define the scope of development and recognition the cyberspace feature for the economic circle around Chengdu.The results showed that the current scope of the economic circle was much smaller than the planned scope,the degree of inter-city linkage was low,and the development of the economic circle was still in its formative stage.The spatial structure of the triangular network within the economic circle showed that Chengdu was in a dominant position in the whole network,while most cities were at the edge of the economic circle and had not yet entered the core area.Based on the results of the analysis,this paper proposed development planning recommendations in terms of co-ordinated layout at the administrative level,interconnection of transport infrastructure and rational and orderly construction of the town system.
