基于老年人行为的住区步行空间优化研究——以北京展览路街道团结片区为例

Research on the Optimization of Residential Pedestrian Space Based on the Behavior of the Elderly:Taking Tuanjie Area of Zhanlan Road,Beijing as an Example

当前我国人口老龄化程度日益加深,关注老年人需求、步行空间适老化改造成为必然要求。步行是老年人的主要出行方式,作为老年人居家养老的主要活动空间,住区步行空间的重要性日益凸显。现有研究多聚焦于全龄段的步行空间网络构建,对于特定人群和相关环境行为研究尚不充分。以北京展览路街道团结片区为例,从分析老年人需求和出行特征入手,总结团结片区的老年人空间需求以及步行空间现状,从慢行系统、驻足空间及步行环境等方面提出适应老年人需求的住区步行空间优化策略。

At present,the aging of the population in China is increasingly serious.It is necessary to pay attention to the needs of the elderly and transform the walking space to fit the aging.Walking is the main mode of travel for the elderly.As the main activity space for the elderly at home,the importance of residential pedestrian space is increasingly prominent.Most of the existing studies focus on the construction of the walking space network of the whole age group,but the research on the specific population and related environmental behaviors is not sufficient.Taking Tuanjie area of Zhanlan road in Beijing as an example,starting with the analysis of the needs and travel characteristics of the elderly,the space needs of the elderly and the status quo of walking space in Tuanjie area are summarized,and the optimization strategy of walking space in the residential area to meet the needs of the elderly is put forward from the aspects of slow traffic system,stopping space and walking environment.
