衣康酸锌改性聚丙烯复合材料的性能研究

摘要 利用衣康酸和纳米氧化锌原位制备了衣康酸锌(IA-ZnO)改性聚丙烯复合材料。研究了IA-ZnO对聚丙烯力学性能和结晶性能的影响。研究结果表明,与纯聚丙烯相比,IA-ZnO减小了聚丙烯的球晶尺寸,提高了其结晶速率。随着IA-ZnO用量的增加,聚丙烯复合材料的冲击强度先增加后减少,当IA-ZnO的添加量为0.1%(wt.)时,聚丙烯的抗冲击强度比纯聚丙烯提高了63.6%。 Zinc itaconic acid(IA-ZnO)modified polypropylene composites were prepared in situ using itaconic acid and nanozinc oxide.The effect of IA-ZnO on the mechanical properties and crystallinity of polypropylene was studied.The results show that compared with pure polypropylene,IA-ZnO reduces the spherulite size of polypropylene and increases its crystallization rate.With the increase of the amount of IA-ZnO,the impact strength of polypropylene composites increases first and then decreases.When the amount of IA-ZnO is 0.1%(wt.),the impact strength of polypropylene is 63.6%higher than that of pure polypropylene.
