机车玻璃封窗胶过期前后性能研究

封窗胶作为胶黏剂的一种,常用作对机车上的玻璃窗进行密封。因机车用封窗胶在使用过程中都是按批次购买,采购量较大,而大部分胶黏剂的使用期限一般为一年,导致胶黏剂采购过量后一些临期或过期胶黏剂面临被浪费的现象。为了节约成本,提高使用率,对临期封窗胶和过期80~90天的封窗胶做性能比对试验,测试其外观、表干时间、固化速度、剪切强度、拉伸强度、耐酸性、耐碱性等性能。研究结果显示,过期80~90天的封窗胶性能和临期封窗胶物理性能接近,力学性能有所降低,在一定范围内仍可使用。

As a kind of adhesive,window sealant is commonly used to seal the windows on the locomotive.Because the locomotive window sealing adhesive is purchased by batch in the use process,the purchase quantity is large,and the use period of most adhesives is generally one year,resulting in the waste of some imminent or expired adhesives after purchasing excessive adhesives.In order to save cost and improve utilization rate,the performance comparison test of window sealing adhesive and window sealing adhesive expired 80~90 days were carried,its appearance,dry time,curing speed,shear strength,tensile strength,acid resistance,alkali resistance and other properties were tested.The results show that the performance of window sealant with expiration of 80~90 days is close to the physical properties of the imminent window sealant,but the mechanical properties are reduced,and it can still be used in a certain range.
