摘要
为了优化淀粉基可降解塑料中淀粉含量的测定方法,分别研究了淀粉种类、气流速率、升温速率和样品质量对淀粉含量测定的影响,并采用正交实验法对淀粉含量的测定方法进行优化。结果发现,对淀粉基可降解塑料淀粉含量测定影响最大的实验因素为淀粉种类,其次是样品质量,气流速率和升温速率的影响较小。淀粉基可降解塑料淀粉含量测定的最优实验条件为:淀粉种类为玉米淀粉,气流速率70mL/min,升温速率20℃/min,试样质量5mg。该研究对于提升淀粉基可降解塑料的淀粉含量测量准确性具有重要意义。
In order to optimize the determination of starch content in starch-based degradable plastics,the influence of starch type,air flow rate,heating rate and sample mass on the determination of starch content was investigated.The orthogonal experiment method was used to optimize the determination method of starch content.It was found that the experimental factor that had the greatest influence on the determination of starch content in starch-based degradable plastics was the type of starch,followed by the mass of the sample,and the air flow rate and heating rate had little influence.The optimal experimental conditions for the determination of starch content in starch-based degradable plastics are as follows:starch type is corn starch,airflow rate of 70 mL/min,heating rate of 20℃/min,and sample mass of 5 mg.This research is of great significance for improving the accuracy of starch content measurement in starch-based degradable plastics.
